Eden Hazard has been a top performer for Chelsea since joining from Lille
Recent speculation has been rife with rumours that the Chelsea star, who is an integral part of Jose Mourinho’s plans, has been targeted by the Ligue 1 champions, and that they would be willing to pay a massive €60million in order to convince the Blues to sell him.
Up until now it had been unclear as to Hazard’s intentions concerning his future past this season, but Le 10 has claimed that the 23-year-old has confided in a former teammate that he is not just interested in the move but rather actively sees himself transferring to the Parc des Princes.
The Belgian international has been a consistently key performer for Chelsea since his £32million move from Lille in 2012 and the loss of his presence would surely be a massive blow to the west London club’s long-term ambitions.
However that hasn’t stopped many hinting that a move to PSG could be what’s best for Hazard.
Former France goalkeeperGregory Coupet has become the latest to add his name to that list, suggesting: “It would be wonderful. This is a great player who has taken on another dimension since it is Chelsea . He would also come to PSG love the club.”
